Page for Group Stage is live!! After seven weeks of qualifiers, the Altitude's ISL3 ascends to the lofty heights of the group stages. In this classic Survivor style format it will be further determined who of the 56 players qualified may continue to sip their overpriced beverages, while 28 of them will be jettisoned into the depths of elimination. This post will detail the format and schedule of this next stage - You can find the full list of people qualified here - and we'd also like to announce the 4 Invited players who will be seeded into the final stage of the tournament. Casts and stream will be done by hacklebeast and EleGant on hacklebeastTV, 21CET Saturdays and by L_Master 19CET on Sundays. Please take extra note of the Group Stage Rules. |

On Saturday 18th, the Qualifier Stage for the AltitudeISL will take flight. Read below how to obtain your boarding pass, flight schedule and health and safety regulations. The time of departure will be every Saturday at 19:00 CET - please note that W.O.s will be strictly enforced. Your captains for this flight will be hacklebeast and L_Master, whose streams will start at 20:00 CET Saturday and 19:00 CET Sunday respectively.
To sign up for a qualifier, you can send an email to the following address: AltitudeISLRegistry@gmail.com This email must contain:
 A total of seven Qualifiers will be played and every Qualifier will have (a maximum of) 64 players. The sign-ups will be randomised at 23:59 CET on Wednesday and seeded into a 64 player Single Elimination bracket. Sign-ups for the first and all consecutive qualifiers will open on the Monday prior, at 22:00 CET. The Qualifiers will have the following format:
The mappool varies from qualifier to qualifier. The full mappools for every week are found in the the spoiler below. Use this to your advantage when choosing what qualifier to play in! Qualifier Map Pools With 8 players advancing from 7 qualifiers, a total of 56 players will advance to the Group Stage.

Altitude's International StarLeague On Februari 18th the qualifiers for the third iteration of the International StarLeague take off. A new sponsor Altitude has taken the tournament under its wings and boasting a $2500 prizepool, there's more on the line than ever. We'll see new maps, a new format, a large playerpool with both familiar faces and up-and-comings, and featured casters like Sayle and Hacklebeast.
The format of the entire tournament will have three stages: Qualification, Group Stage and the Altitude International Starleague itself. In short, 56 players qualify through the initial Qualifiers - they advance to the Group Stage. From the Group Stage, 28 players move on. They are joined by 4 invites to enter a 32 player single elimination final stage. All games are played on the Fish server. The maps on which will be played will be announced per stage. Further details are below.
 The Qualification stage will run from Februari 18th to March 28th. All in all, there will be:
To register for a Qualifier a player must register with an e-mail. There is a Reservation List of players whose registration for any Qualifier holds precedence over all other registries. The maps will be announced along with the Qualifiers (planned for February 11th), as well as the procedure and e-mail address for registration.
 The Group Stage will run over the course of 4 weeks from April 7th' to Aril 28th. The 56 players in 14 groups will play through double elimination round robin brackets. On
In the end, 28 players remain and they will advance to the final stage.  The 28 players advancing from the Group Stage are joined by 4 Invites, totalling 32 players who are seeded into a Single Elimination Bracket. From here on out, the schedule looks as follows:
